eSIM is a built-in digital SIM card in your smartphone. It works just like a regular SIM card but doesn't require a physical replacement. Simply scan a QR code and get access to mobile internet.
Most modern smartphones: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, Huawei P40+, Xiaomi 12+ and others. The full list is available in the 'Supported devices' section.
After purchase you will receive a QR code via email and in your account. Go to 'Settings' → 'Cellular' → 'Add eSIM' and scan the QR code. eSIM activates automatically within a few minutes.
Yes, most devices support simultaneous use of eSIM and a physical SIM card. You can use eSIM for internet abroad and your regular SIM for calls.
1. Check that data roaming is enabled for the eSIM. 2. Make sure the eSIM is selected for data in settings. 3. Restart your device. 4. If the issue persists — contact support, we'll help.
Go to your account, select the active eSIM and click 'Top up' or 'Renew'. Choose a new data package and pay. The data will be updated automatically.
